Justice believes we earn a compensation based on results, these however, need to be reasonable. All our fees are therefore either based on the Terms and Conditions of our clients, or based on the Dutch national guideline 'Rapport Voorwerk II' which standardizes compensation for Debt Collection Agencies in The Netherlands.

What's the definition of No cure No pay?
If your debtor doesn't pay anything during the extrajudicial procedure, we won't charge you any debt collection fees. Ask us for the conditions, please contact us to receive our document 'Debt collection - Method and Pricing 2011'.
Who pays the debt collection fees?
It is our goal to make your debtor pay your principle amount, administration fees, interest and debt collection fees. After all, they have made it come this far. Our pricing structure is created to be clear and transparent. To receive a copy of our document 'Debt Collection - Approach and Pricing 2011', you can always contact us.
From a legal point of view, your debtor is obliged to pay the debt collection fees. Either determined in your Terms & Conditions, in absence of which by Dutch law. Only in the case where your debtor doesn't pay the debt collection fees and you do not wish to proceed with a debt collection procedure, these costs will have to be paid by yourself. Dutch law determined that if your client pays a part of your claim, the principle amount is the last portion to be paid. This means that if a remainder of your principle amount would be left unpaid, there's always the option of taking the case to court to secure the remaining sum
I am a consumer, can Justice support me?
I'm a foreign company/institution with a Dutch debtor. What do I need to do?
First of all it's important to determine whether your agreement has taken place under the laws of your country of residence, or if it falls under Dutch law. Often it can be said that is the actual service/work took place on Dutch territory, Dutch law would be applicable. However, this can differ from case to case. Please contact us for a free intake advice.
In the largest part of claims we work on for client abroad, we will be able to handle the entire process for you. Whether it is an extrajudicual or a court procedure.
How do I know what happens to my case and files?
Every new debt collectio assignment we receive, will be confirmed to you. After this moment, you will have 24/7 access to you online file, allowing you to keep track of every step of your case. Here, you can (e.g.) check on the action we took, notes of phone contacts, correspondence, agreements made with your debtor, other notes, received amounts, etcetera.
When do I receive my money?
Normally we send a weekly payment to you from our third party bank account. If you place a request with us or a substantial amount is incolved, we will be able to send the payment to you the same day. You will then receive your funds as fast as banking systems allow it. If your debtor pays in installments, we will make intermediate payments to you.
What is a third party bank account?
Your funds have to be strictly seperated from our own Justice funds. In order to do this, all your funds will be received by the 'Foundation for Third Party funds Justice'. Can Justice also represent me in court procedures?
Yes. If our extrajudicial debt collection procedure did not lead to any or sufficient results, you will receive a proposal from Justice to take the case to court. Justice can represent you in this court procedure, while you always stay in charge of the process. Please read more about court procedures here.
Which costs are involved with a court procedure?
The No cure No pay concept doesn't apply to court procedures. We will proceed in these matters on your account and costs. The costs of a court procedure up to the verdict mainly consist out of legal costs such as bailiff fees, court fees and our fees. Of course we will always strive to win these costs back in the final verdict of the court.
It is however possible - as a result of our smart cost structure - to take small cases to court. If your debtor doesn't respect the verdict after being convicted, other additional costs to enforce the verdict will also take place at their account. Read more about court procedures for a full explanation.
Is it possible to have no financial risk at all in a court procedure?
Yes, this is possible in two ways:
- We won't charge you any costs in a court procedure. This usually means we will charge an extra fee over the final results if these are favorable
- You can sell your debt to Justice, please read more on our 'Debt Purchase' page.
I don't want to wait until the case unfolds and want/need my funds directly. How can I do this?
You can sell your claims to Justice. There is no limitation in the number of claims and total amounts applicable. Justice can act quickly, the entire procedure from evaluation to actual sale and payment can be dealt with within one week. Please read more about this on our 'Debt Purchase' page.
